1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," or "you") and jsbet ("jsbet," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at jsbet.app. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content, and functionality offered through the jsbet platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, bingo, sabong, and arcade fishing games.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) registering on your own behalf.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of jsbet, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the jsbet platform for any reason.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jsbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. This may include a government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, or PhilSys National ID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by jsbet may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of jsbet services, you must register for a jsbet account. The following rules apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jsbet account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and must update your account details promptly if any information changes. jsbet is not liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jsbet login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. jsbet will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account caused by your failure to maintain credential security.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify jsbet immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Non-Transferability: jsbet accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any account balance to any other person.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jsbet platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

• Accepted Payment Methods: jsbet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods may change from time to time at jsbet's discretion.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: jsbet aims to process withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment method and the processing times of the relevant financial institution. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed faster than bank transfers.
• Verification Requirement: jsbet may require identity and payment method verification before processing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-money laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirement.
• Withdrawal to Source: Withdrawals will generally be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to the limits and capabilities of that payment method.
• Inactive Account Fees: jsbet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable regulations and prior notice to the account holder.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jsbet offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer:

• Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only and may not be exploited through systematic betting strategies designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome ("bonus abuse").
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• jsbet reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, modify bonus terms, or cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if jsbet reasonably suspects abuse, fraud, or violation of these Terms.
• Bonuses may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion's terms.
• jsbet reserves the right to amend, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulations.

6 Betting Rules & Game Conduct

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the jsbet platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed. jsbet does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where jsbet determines that a manifest error has occurred.
• Manifest Errors: jsbet reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds or under conditions that were clearly erroneous due to a technical fault, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, stakes will be returned to the player's account.
• jsbet uses certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) for all virtual and slot games. These RNGs are independently tested and certified to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Live casino games are conducted by real dealers and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, as displayed within the game interface.
• jsbet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount, maximum payout, or maximum winnings for any player, game, or event at its sole discretion.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game round, jsbet's server logs will be used to determine the outcome of the round. jsbet is not liable for losses resulting from internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jsbet platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the jsbet platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the jsbet platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the jsbet platform.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing the jsbet platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your jsbet account by any third party, including minors.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or impairs the jsbet platform or the experience of other players.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jsbet platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the platform, is the property of jsbet or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the jsbet platform for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the jsbet platform without the prior written consent of jsbet.

The jsbet name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of jsbet. You may not use these marks without the prior written permission of jsbet.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

jsbet collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jsbet platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jsbet complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). jsbet implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

jsbet may share your personal data with regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and financial institutions where required by law or where necessary to prevent fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jsbet shall not be liable for any indirect, inc idental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the jsbet platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.

jsbet's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jsbet platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jsbet account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jsbet does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. jsbet is not liable for any losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or third-party service failures beyond jsbet's reasonable control.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

jsbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity or payment method verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder under jsbet's Responsible Gaming Policy.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request requiring account suspension or closure.
• Reasonable suspicion that the account is being operated by or on behalf of a minor.

Upon account closure, any verified balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting jsbet support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

jsbet operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), which sets the standards for fair play, player protection, and responsible gaming for online gaming operators serving the Philippine market.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jsbet reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jsbet will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the jsbet platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by law or regulatory directive.

The date of the most recent revision will always be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the jsbet platform after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the jsbet platform and may request account closure.
